At Seva MedMart, your privacy is our priority.
We collect prescriptions only to verify and process medicine orders as required by law. Your prescription is not shared with any third party and is used solely for dispensing purposes under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
As per Drug Control regulations, copies of prescriptions are required to be safely retained for official verification by drug licensing authorities. These records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel when necessary for inspection or compliance review.
We maintain all prescription data with confidentiality and do not use it for marketing or any non-medical purpose.
By submitting your prescription, you acknowledge and consent to this controlled use and secure storage in accordance with applicable drug-control laws.
No credit facility is available.
For self-pickup, we accept CASH payment only.
For home delivery, we accept CASH payment only.
UPI payments are considered successful only after the amount is credited to our account. [Currently we are not accepting UPI payments above ₹2000/-.]
Payments are accepted in Indian currency only.
Our payment system is designed to be simple and convenient for you.
Discounts are applicable only on the MRP of medicines.
The discount slab is calculated based on the total MRP value of a single prescription and a single invoice only.
Two or more prescriptions/invoices cannot be merged to avail higher discounts.
Discounts are valid only on Cash and UPI payments.
Some products may not be eligible for discounts or may have lower discounts.
OTC products and Personal Care Items do not follow the discount slab.
Temperature-controlled items are eligible for a maximum discount of 18%, regardless of the total MRP value of invoice.
For all other non-temperature-controlled items on the same invoice, discounts will be applied according to the applicable slab rates.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Special offer items will be billed separately from other purchases.
Discounts may be denied in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or bulk buying beyond personal use.
Discounts are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
Currently, we do not provide delivery services.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Special offers are valid for a limited time or until stock runs out, whichever comes first.
Each offer has a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ); the discount will not apply if the order quantity is below the MOQ.
Once the MOQ is met, the offer discount applies to any quantity purchased above it — it is not restricted to exact multiples of the MOQ.
For offers structured as "Buy X Get Y Free," the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is equal to the buy+free quantity stated in the offer (e.g., "Buy 3 Get 1 Free" has an MOQ of 4 pcs).
For all other special offers (e.g., flat discounts) that do not follow a "Buy + Free" structure, the MOQ is 1 pc.
Special offer items will be billed at the equivalent discount rate shown on the offer, and not as physical free units.
Discounts on special offer items cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount slab.
Special offer items will be billed separately from other purchases.
Special offer products are not eligible for return, refund, or rewards.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. (Example: If the product is delivered on 01/01/20XX, the return request must be made within 04/01/20XX.)
To request a return, please contact us and have your invoice ready.
Wrongly ordered products cannot be returned.
Special offer products are not eligible for return.
Temperature-controlled items are not eligible for return.
Medicines that are unsealed, opened, cut, or consumed are not eligible for return.
Medicines are not eligible for return if the prescription has been changed by the doctor after purchase.
OTC (Over the Counter) products are not eligible for return.
Personal Care items are not eligible for return.
To qualify for return, products must be in the manufacturer’s original packaging, the batch and expiry details must exactly match with our invoice.
For products that qualify for return, a Return Challan equivalent to the approved return value will be issued promptly.
The issued Return Challan must be redeemed against a future purchase within 45 days from the date of issue. (Example: If the Return Challan is issued on 01/01/20XX, it must be used by 15/02/20XX.)
At the time of redeeming the Return Challan, the purchase amount must be greater than the Return Challan amount.
At the time of redeeming, the Return Challan must be produced.
Return Challans are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded through any other payment method.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Each eligible invoice or customer is entitled to one reward only.
Gifts are subject to availability and may vary in design, color, or type.
Rewards are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
Invoices containing special offer products are not eligible for the reward.
A photo of you with the gift will be taken for promotional and record-keeping purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you may decline the gift by signing the Photo Consent Decline Form.
